I'll just leave this here for you to look at while you consider your training today.

Remember this, we are working for progress here...not perfection. Make sure you have the right perspective when you start your training. This woman has clearly trained for many years and countless hours to have the strength and control to perform this skill. Don't mistakenly make her reality, or anyone else's, your perspective.

Here are three easy ground rules to follow...

Remember where you started.

Acknowledge your accomplishments.

Learn from your failures.

Feel free to apply the same perspective to your everyday life as well.
