Perfect Position!

Today you will have more than a few opportunities to explore this elusive thing we call "position." I encourage you to really look at how you are doing the movements in your training today. From the back squat to the sit ups I know there is something you can get focused on.

Take the picture above as an example, one of the best things about this picture is Shaun's position.

Back Straight

Head, shoulders, hips and feet are facing straight ahead.

Shoulders are relaxed and uncomfortably sitting back exactly where they were designed to sit.

He has set everything up correctly and is ready for him to take his first step.

That my fitness friends is good training.
