It's Late...

I need to get some sleep, it's kind of important. Recovery, Recovery, Recovery!

So, instead of sitting here, typing about my belief that every human being should be able to run a mile in under ten minutes. Or how the true pillars of great athleticism are standing on a foundation built around the single component of strength. Or how the ability of humans to show kindness to another human in a time of need, is not only our greatest struggle but also our greatest accomplishment...

I think I am going to drink a big ole' cup of my own medicine this evening and get some much needed rest.
