Holiday Schedule, Year End Training, and Cash Prizes (oh my!)


As is tradition, CrossFit No Boundaries will be closing the gym for the final week of the year to allow coaching staff celebrate the holidays and enjoy some time with family and friends.

The gym will be closed for the week of December 25-30, as well as for New Year’s Day, and we will resume our regular schedule on January 2nd.

Our final class of the year will be this Saturday, December 23rd at 8am. We will have an extra fun, spicy little holiday-themed workout to send you off into the break.

The good news is, our doors being closed for the week doesn’t mean you have to miss out on improving your fitness. As with previous years, No Boundaries will be providing you (and anyone else who wants to participate) with four days of Year End Training programming that can be done at home, on the road, at grandma’s house, in the airport, or wherever else you might find yourself this holiday season. We have made four videos, one for each workout, complete with warm-up, training, mobility work, and of course our pretty faces and charming smiles to guide you through your holiday training experience. Complete your workouts solo, or spread the holiday cheer by grabbing a family member or friend to join in on the fun, and post your scores in the comments of the video.

What’s more, we will be maintaining our tradition of giving you a chance to exercise your creative muscles (and maybe even earn some spending money) with our Year End Training Video Throwdown. $100 cash money is on the line for the training video that gets the most “likes” and “shares.” Simply take video(s) of yourself completing a day (or multiple days) of our Year End Training, add some creativity and personal flair, and post your video as a “visitor post” on the CrossFit No Boundaries public Facebook page (HERE) for a chance to win. Be sure to up your chances of victory by sharing your video and enlisting your friends’ help to get those extra social media points.
