Hmmm....ok..this is what I've got.

The 12 Days of CrossFit Christmas

On the first day of Christmas my coaches gave to me situps on the GHD.

On the second day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD

On the third day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD

On the fourth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the fifth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 5 OVER HEAD SQUATS!!! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the sixth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVER HEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the seventh day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the eighth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me an 800 meter run, 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the ninth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 9 kegs a lifting, an 800 meter run, 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the tenth day of Christmas my Coaches gave to me 10 burpee box jumps, 9 kegs a lifting, an 800 meter run, 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the eleventh day of Christmas my Coaches gave to me 11 wall balls flying, 10 burpee box jumps, 9 kegs a lifting, an 800 meter run, 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.

On the twelfth day of Christmas my coaches gave to me 12 sandbag carries, 11 wall balls flying, 10 burpee box jumps, 9 kegs a lifting, an 800 meter run, 7 ropes a climbing, 6 sumo deadlifts, 5 OVERHEAD SQUATS! 4 handstand walks, 3 muscle ups, 2 sled pushes and situps on the GHD.
