Community! Gather round! It's time for our Free Community Workout Saturday. This monthly event is our opportunity to open our doors and share what we offer with the community. This means you, your friend, your mother-in-law, your neighbor, your doctor, and your mechanic are all invited to come kick it with us and get in some free fitness!

It may not seem like a big deal from the outside, but this is our opportunity to share what we love and value with our extended community, and it's pretty huge for us. Who do you want working out by your side? Call them up and share the good news -- their fitness is on the house this Saturday.

Workouts will be scaleable to any level of fitness, and coaches will be on hand to help with any modifications. Be sure to reserve your spot now (reserve HERE), and let's get this party started.
